Whoop my first question! 
Anyway, I'm a 14 year old girl and in 8th grade! I have often been missing a lot of school because of health reasons. Our school uses Interactive white boards. I think their messing up my vision. When i am in class and stare at it long enough i start getting a migraine. First i start seeing spots then my arms start going numb then comes a huge migraine, my speech then suddenly changes and i slur words. I am then unable to feel my legs and walk correctly and hold things correctly. My teachers never let me go to the nurse when this happens until the point comes when i claps on the floors and start dropping things because i can't feel anything. So the nurse sends me home from school and i start vomiting. I once went to the ER and they said i was having a mini-stroke . When i don't go to the ER the strange symptoms go away. Except for the headache and vomiting. I end up missing 2 days of school after that because i don't feel like myself. I was giving medicine for this but it just makes me sleepy. My oher reason for missing so much school is because i have some sort of tumor cyst thing on my right hand and i am often un-able to schoolwork becuase it hurts to write(this thing hurts like ****) I have visted many doctors, some say is a bone spur some say its cyst. I'm going for a MRI tomarrow and will be missing more school :/
I think i have missed over 24 days so far. Everyday my mom calls me in sick or something the school complains. I asked my mom if she could try homeschooling me and she said she would love to, she tells me she can't because the schools needs to approve and they won't let her with my low grades? I really don't think its true though, i live in NY state and have read the laws myself. Anyway what would you think if i was your child or were in my sitution.
I'm worried my mom is gonna get put in jail for me unable to go to school for my health reasons.

Even if you do not take the pill at the exact same time everyday, if you are taking the pill everyday, you are protected from getting pregnant so I doubt you are pregnant…if you were having these symptoms because of pregnancy, the pregnancy hormone would be plenty high enough to get a positive result on a pregnancy test so go ahead and take one but no need to test again as long as your period comes …good luck to you =)
I think the chances of you being pregnant are pretty slim (not saying your not) but if you at least take the pill everyday (even tho its not at the same time) it still has a high % of it working. I wouldn't stress to much about unless you miss your period. Also if you have recently started a new brand of pills your symptoms could just be side effects and you need to contact your Dr asap .
No, you're probably not pregnant. The pill works 99% of the time. It could be that you have an std, because those sound like symptoms. Don't let a skipped period fool you, because that can also be a sign of a std.
Your doctor can do tests to find out,the doctor's tests are much more accurate than at-home pregnancy tests
I am on the pill as well, I take it every day faithfully. I just found out I'm about 6 weeks pregnant. I had/have some of the same syptoms. Take a test soon.

Even though you take the pill you are one of the people that takes a 2% failure rate and turns it into a 10% failure rate. Because you don't take it at the same time you actually are taking your birth control incorrectly. Because of this factor you can cause ovulation to occur from the confusing hormone levels in your body daily. Now because you are an active person (have sex several times a week) there is always a chance of pregnancy. EVEN on birth control. Most people will tell you the chances are slim to none. But that is not the case, the more incorrectly you take birth control methods the higher the chance you get for falling pregnant. Woman who use birth control 100% correctly still have a chance of becoming pregnant. The longer you have sex with someone the higher your chances become. (My own mother got pregnant with me, using the pill and a condom ain't that a *********
) all of your symptoms that you describing can point to pregnancy symptoms. Since i am assuming you have been taking the pill for a long period of time these symptoms are not from that. What you need to do is stop taking the pill anytime you suspect pregnancy, get a hpt and test, if you get a negative but still have symptoms wait a week and contact your obgyn and they can future look into it.
